How are we doing?

Recently we reviewed all of the cases that we have had checked by Compliance to see how many of these were suitable first time compared to those which were Likely to be Suitable. We have had a cracking first quarter of 2020 and I am so proud of the hard work that goes into every case that is completed by my team.

Including Defined Benefit Transfers submissions that are 100% checked each time, overall we are achieving 73.07% Suitable First Time. This is fantastic as it means we are achieving a high level of suitable first time grades for even the most complex cases like DBT's.

If we exclude DBT's our overall suitable first time % increases to 86.66%. To say I am happy is an understatement - so grateful for the team of paraplanners that we have at Wiltshire Paraplanning! #outsourced #ourstats #greatteam
